Enrolling

Okay, so you have decided you want to try out this whole Cornerstone “thing.” So now what? The link below can get you started.

CLICK HERE for the Cornerstone contract.

This form asks you for a few things. First, you need to talk to your counselor. They will look at your transcript and give you an idea of how Cornerstone can help. If you and your counselor decide that this might be the program for you, they will give you a copy of your transcript and a copy of your high school enrollment form. Have them sign the contract and you are ready for step two.

Now that you know Cornerstone is an option, you have to decide if this is really what YOU want to do. Our program is not like any classroom you have probably been in before. Your project is truly your own, and while the advisors are there to help and guide you, it is your responsibility. That might sound scary, but you can do it! It’s a matter of staying focused and organized. If you think this is something you can handle, sign section three.

Section four is an opportunity to let your parents know exactly what you are participating in. Since much of your project will be completed at home, it is important that your parents be involved.

The last section involves an interview with the Cornerstone advisors that gives everyone a chance to get to know each other. You will want to bring the papers you got from your counselor (transcript and registration), and the Cornerstone contract filled out.

Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled in the Cornerstone After School Program.
